What we do

We engage our community in the democratic process

We are a nonpartisan group of citizens who believe in a democracy that delivers for everyone. We believe every person has the responsibility to make their community a better place.

Community

We engage with the community through regular meetings both locally and with the greater Indivisible organization.

Activism

We regularly protest ourselves and with local organizations to promote government accountability and accessibility to democracy for all.

Public Service

We regularly devote ourselves to the well being of the community by volunteering with local food accessibility programs, performing roadside cleanups, and more.

A Voice For All

We uplift and campaign for politicians that wish to devote themselves to ensuring a fair and equal democracy through public office.

Recent Activities

Feed My Sheep

We volunteer with Feed My Sheep, a local soup kitchen. We focus on hands on local activity that makes real change for real individuals.

Local Campaigning

We care about who is representing us. We show up for and support our local candidates by assisting with campaigns. We fundraise, go to events, and place yard signs for candidates that want the government to serve all people.

No Kings Protests

This year, we participated in local No Kings protests as well as hosted our own. We care about the government serving the people who elected them in. We don’t want them creating loopholes and benefits for themselves and their friends. We care about our voices being heard. We also have the best signs!

That’s Not All…

Indivisible Cocke County is constantly involved with other charity organizations, other activities, and other ways to engage!
